My previous experience has been good to great. Today the experience was OKAY. I attribute this phenomenon to be due to the fact the personnel is not consistent. It is not the customer job to tell the personnel what needs to be done if the company was the one that setup the maintenance appointment. Further, the maintenance includes batteries and canal's inserts. This been the fact why the battery supply provided will not even cover 2 months of usage, and no canal's inserts were provided. By the way, the maintenance is every 3 months. Hopefully, after this review, more attention will be exercised, and we all should have a better customer experience from here on.
