Clinician & Hearing Instrument Specialist
David Beck grew up in South Dakota and received his degree in Electronic Repair. He has worked in a variety of different industries repairing equipment. In 2009 he found his calling and became a Hearing Instrument Specialist. In 2013 he achieved his National Certification. David enjoys being able to change peoples lives, by helping them to achieve better hearing. In late 2018 he and his wife moved to Austin, Tx to be closer to family. He joined the team at New Sound Hearing in January of 2019. When David is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and being a servant in the community.
Patient Services Coordinator
Deborah Vasquez is the Patient Service Coordinator at New Sound Hearing Centers in North Austin . Born and raised, Deborah is a second generation Austinite. She attended Texas State University in San Marcos and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dance with a Teacher Certification in 2009. After working ten years in the Austin Independent School District, a career change was in order.
Deborah started working at New Sound Hearing Centers in North Austin in August of 2019. With a passion to educate others and be helpful in her community, she was drawn to this profession. What Deborah loves most about saving hearing lives is the expressions on patients’ faces when their hearing has been improved. She strives to be caring and kind in her everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Deborah loves spending time with her family, going to the movies, and hanging out with friends.

My name is Pam Wallace and I have lived in Round Rock for over 20 years with my husband, two lovely daughters, and dog Daisy. I am the Patient Services Coordinator for the NewSound Hearing office in Round Rock, Texas. I have had the pleasure of helping patients with NewSound Hearing since 2011. I will be the voice you hear when you call our office and I will be glad to help you with scheduling an appointment or helping with any questions you may have.
Leslie is originally from Laredo, TX and moved to Georgetown, TX in 2018. Leslie attended Texas State University and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. Leslie began working in the hearing industry immediately after graduation and has been expanding her knowledge in the industry ever since. Leslie started working with us at NewSound Hearing Aid Centers in September 2018.
What Leslie loves most about saving hearing lives is meeting with new or current patients and helping to solve their hearing problems in order to make a difference in their daily lives. Leslie strives to provide her utmost care in her everyday work with patients by constantly researching and learning as much as she can in the Audiology world. Outside of saving hearing lives, Leslie loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, being outdoors, and going to the gym to live a healthy lifestyle.
